..........So we opted for a lazy day sunning, swimming and reading around the pool at Ali'i Lani. We are really enjoying our time here.......great accommodation - very quiet and relaxing! There are two pool areas in the complex - we opted for pool area 2 today for a change of scenery!

Tomorrow we will venture into town again and soak up the Ironman hype and visit the Expo - it will be all systems go and everything in full throttle as the event officially launches!
