Hop in our suitcase, we are off again.....to Hawaii

.....It's time for our annual migration to the magical Hawaiian Islands! Aloha to five weeks of the relaxing "hawaiian time"!

We had a great day in Sydney with Julie, Pete's sister, before winging our way to beautiful Honolulu where we will lap up the sunshine, the beach,  the amazing turquoise water, and take in some new and old attractions for a week.

Julie picked us up from Sydney Airport and whisked us off to the lovely Elizabeth Bay Marina for lunch and and a good catch up chat - what a nice little secret nestled down on that pretty bay!
Historic Boomerang House  and Elizabeth Bay House perched impressively on the side of the cliff overlooking the bay and marina.  Two lovely examples of Australian history and architecture.

After great coffee, hot chocolate and cake at the quaint "must visit" cafe, Chez Dee at Potts Point, Julie had us back to the International Airport, where we lifted off into the sunset bound for one of our favourite places in the world, Hawaii.

Thanks for the great day Julie!
