Expo day today! Action packed with lots of interesting things to see and here about in the triathlon world. The crowds have swelled and so has the surf! Never seen surf like this in Kona before! Will make the swim interesting on Saturday if it hangs around!

shoes out on the treadmill AND run on a course of your choice!
Lots of interesting talks and presentations, culminating in Happy Hour with a guest athlete!
