In the Summer time......

We had a great afternoon and early evening visiting with Summer and JJ in La Jolla. La Jolla is beautiful - perched on a bluff overlooking the ocean at La Jolla Cove!  Don't miss visiting here if you come to San Diego.  Downtown La Jolla in Prospect St has some amazing shops, restaurants and accommodation.

We played with JJ on Wind'n Sea Beach near Summer's apartment, then we picked up Maire and Summer took us for a tour of downtown where we had Happy Hour drinks at Georges - saw another lovely sunset, and a great mexican dinner at  Alfonso's of  Jolla  - delicious!
There is an amazing pink hotel- La Valencia, in the middle of ProspectSt that overlooks La Jolla Cove - they say everyone should stay there once! Maybe next time! La Valencia Hotel | Hotels San Diego Resorts | La Jolla, California
