First stop October 2010....... Hawaii and THE WEDDING!

What a special trip this was! Our regular annual 2 week holiday pilgrimage to the Big Island of Hawaii over the past 5 years to see Luke, Amanda, Jacque and their friends compete in the Ironman World Championships was wonderfully transformed into our first real holiday that held absolutely no obligations to anyone or anything!! Our only obligation was to relax and enjoy ourselves!  And that we certainly did!!!

Of course this holiday was even more special because Luke and Amanda chose to be wed in Kona on the Big Island, in the week following the Ironman World Championships. Their wedding, which was shared by family and friends at the Wedding Estate, Hale Kai, overlooking the beautiful Keauhou Bay,was absolutely beautiful. Their love for each other touched everyone as we all shared their special ceremony and celebrations which was conducted in the true Hawaiian spirit.
